I have 5 BOSU instructional DVD's and this one is by far my favorite. I've been doing the DVD's once a week for a few months on top of 5 days a week of cardio kickboxing so I'm in pretty good shape and am comfortable with the BOSU ball.
I loved Mindy's energy and her encouragement throughout the video. Some of the instructors sound scripted, not Mindy. She gives great directions and has a good personality. I've only done the video twice and there are a few segments that I have to watch, rewind, and then try it b/c there a few of the combinations are lengthy/challenging.
This is a GREAT workout!
It does involve some equipment, but I did all moves without the equipment (just went through the motions as if I had it). My only complaint is the partner segment at the end b/c I do my workouts on my own.
