I was very skeptical at first that this ball would perform all that it said, but because of the wonderful reviews I got the ball anyway. I got the ball for aerobic and abs work and it does a wonderful job on both. With this one item you can benifit at least two ways, you can get a good workout and raise your heart rate and also work your abs with this one product so I would certainly recomend this product.Customer Review: Great item! This ball is amazing. You can do so many things with it. I severely broke my ankle a couple years ago and unfortunately never fully healed. This ball helps me work on balance and strengthening the area, as well as just being an amazingly fun workout! The Bosu is fun!. It offers new fitness challenges - standing, bouncing, lunging, or squatting off of it requires stabilization and balance in addition to the muscle work these moves require on flat ground. It's great for cardio, toning, flexibility, and, of course, balance. This versatile tool is easy to inflate and care for. I love my new toy!Customer Review: Good product

This is a great piece of equipment. Very effective for core body work. This version is the same quality of ball as in the gym I go to. The video that comes with it is good also as it provides great examples for how to use the ball best. The ball was very easy to inflate and the directions are very clear on how to not overinflate.

I've had the BOSU for a couple weeks now and have zero complaints. My wife loves the videos that came with it and I like to add it in with my weight lifting to add an element of balance to it. Was easily able to inflate it to the necessary pressure using a ruler, as they explain. Definitely recommend this to anyone hoping to add to their home gym!
