Used this to invent the first Bosu Drinking Game. If you think it's hard to balance on a Bosu when you're sober, try it blindfolded and after 3 shots of tequila!
The game goes like this:
Select a random person to get on the Bosu, and pour a shot for the remaining players.
If the person on the Bosu falls off before the other players have finished their shots, that player drinks the remaining liquor, plus 2 more shots.
The last player to finish their shot is the next Bosu "victim", and then you begin from the top.
Improvise as necessary for maximum fun.

As stated, this is by far the most versatile and effective tool I've ever used in my 12 years of fitness training. I bought the home version (which is exactly the same as the professional version BTW) and both of them have lasted over 2 years and countless sessions with dozens of different clients (including obese clients). I have had the issue of one Bosu coming "unglued" from the base, but luckily I bought it from Sports Chalet and was able to return it without issue.
Highly recommended for all purposes...rehab, advanced sports training, general fitness, balance for seniors...This product is the BOMB

I learned to use the Bosu Balance Trainer when working out with a fitness trainer in a health club. I am now working out at home; I enjoyed the Bosu so much while at the club that I decided to buy one for home use. It's amazing: it allows you to "multitask" while exercising, combining balance, core work, and muscle development (if you lift free weights while using it). It also has amazing effects on the brain...it makes you feel that you have found brain cells you haven't heard from in a while. It's versatile and creative! Get one! This home version is just fine...no need to go with the professional one.Customer Review: Great workout with Bosu

This is a great product and even greater workout. The pump is very similar to the one I have for my large balance ball and I found it easy to pump up quickly. When used like I use my step I find that in just 15 minutes I'm sweating and feeling a difference. It is great for ab work as well. There is also a workout on Fit TV using this product with the inventor as the instructor that I have recorded that's fun but it does come with a 30 minute workout dvd which is good as well.

I was a little shy about buying the lower priced BOSU ($100) rather than the $200 one but I've been happy with this home version. So far, I cannot tell the difference between this one and the one at the gym (which I assume is the $200 ball). My pump worked great, albeit rather loud. Compared to my extremely frustrating experience trying to inflate the "Body Dome" this was a piece of cake!
If you've used a BOSU and you like them I see no reason not to buy this version.
