Hands down the most fun piece of exercise equipment I've ever bought. I play/exercise with it whenever I am watching television. Even better, it's actually working!! I've lost a good inch off of my waist, my posture is much better, and I swear I think faster on my feet. I don't really know why. I have the Bongo Board sitting in my living room. It gets a lot of use from both myself and my 7 year old...as well as her friends (and occasionally mine too!) It's an easy way to get some exercise while watching T.V., and you can do some simple tricks on it too.
Great for balance and for a leg workout.

A great design that is well built with quality materials.
The whole family enjoys the Bongo Board and working on their balance skills.
Perfect for all ages and great for rehab after lower body surgery.
My son has even gotten better on his skate board from daily use of the Bongo Board.

I used one of these in PT after I had surgery to replace my ACL. It takes some practice, but is a fun way to spend time. My balance has never been great, but it is getting better. Its amazing all of the muscles that this works. I can't wait to get back on my tele skis and see the improvements!Customer Review: Whole family loves it

I purchased the Bongo Board for my 10 year old son. I thought he could practice his skateboard moves while in the house. It is so challenging and fun that we all play on it while watching TV. Its great for your abs and develops core strength and balance.
