best lube on the market... at least that i've tried. i used to put wd40.. which i found out is a no-no... it would clog the bearings up with alot of dirt... but this stuff doesn't attract dirt.. keeps u rolling dirt-free.. and can even help for non-bones bearings too.Customer Review: bones speedcream

Just squirt a little in every bearing. Don't forget to clean out your bearings first. Please, use gloves because oil from the fingers ruins bearings when you contact them with hands. Plus, its pretty obvious that your hands are pretty dirty.Customer Review: Pretty cool

this is pretty cool lubrication for my bearings. It makes the metal balls spin around smoothly, and it reduces the noise that the bearing makes when it spins which i like because i like to be calm when i ride
