These bearing are really great bearings... I am using them in my longboard and I also used them in my old skateboard... I have bought many pairs of these bearings because they are just that great... These bearings are plenty fast for your skateboard... My longboard is also quite fast with these bearings... I like the fact that the price is nice and low for the consumers... Dirt will get on the outside red cover on the bearings at times riding... But you can just simply clean them and then they look just like there new... I havent ever really looked through the inside... You Cant Lose... Thanks... Take Care... Thanks For Your Time...

These bearings are awesome and very very smooth even before they have been broken in, Eight bearings come in the package with a BONES REDS sticker!!!
Each bearing has a plastic ball retainer that holds 7 balls. The Bearings are pre-lubed with bones speed cream. They are also VERY silent. Only one of the sides of each bearing is shielded, (you are supposed to put the unshielded side towards the inside of the wheel). They are very easy to clean, and provide instructions.
These bearings comparable to bearings that are MUCH more expensive. For under $15 you can't as for anything better. They could easily be priced at $30+ without losing customers. 5 STARS EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

These may not be top not but they are very well worth the price. I found that each one worked very smoothly right out of the box and was pre-oiled which is nice.
Installation was a snap and I didn't need to look at the manual which came with these. I did wonder what side had to go in towards the skateboard as I've never installed bearings with a removing cap at one side before but they seemed to work either way around.
No oil was included with this box of bearings but I have some extra anyway so that was no problem.
Overall I would suggest anyone looking for lower priced bearings try these. They work very well.

Just got these bearings about a week ago and i love them. Before i got Reds i had abec 5 greaseballs, they came on my board and did not have removable sheilds which made it a huge pain to clean. And also made them slower due to the fact that dirt would build up inside. The first time i rode these bearings i felt a noticble differnce, and that was before they were even broke in! Now that they are broke in they are great! I am now scared to do some of the hills i could easily do before. The bearings opertate well at high speeds as well as low. I would recomend these bearings to anyone who is looking to go faster, but not spend a bunch a money trying.Customer Review: Nuttin better than the best

I recently got my first really good skateboard. I've been skating since Oct. 2006. I bought my board on a site that lets you pick out everything for the board (deck, wheels, griptape, trucks, hardware, bearings), and then they assemble it for u free and ship it low cost. When I was looking for some good, but still inexpensive bearings to buy, I noticed that the Reds bearings had about 75 reviews, when most others had none. Everyone loved them. Now that I have my board, I love them as well. They make a ride smoother, even, and way way faster.
