Customer Review: Great, Simple Product
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

I've been looking for strength conditioning at home, and I've found it! I am somewhat muscular, so just doing pushups (used to do a 100\night) or lifting gallon water jugs doesn't do it, but this does.

If get this band (mine's the extra heavy) snug, I have to work to crank out 6-7 pushups! I've also found that I can get great curls out of it, and even some shoulder exercises. Afterwards I just coil it up and stow it in a tiny spot in my closet, totally out of the way.

Very happy with the product!

Customer Review: Well-Constructed and High Quality
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

I first got a stretch tube from my doctor in college for a rotator cuff injury. It was basically a giant rubber band. Rehabilitative elastic has definitely come a long way since then.

The handles are well attached and are not awkward. The tubes maintain their shape even under heavy stress.

Very good quality at a good price.

Customer Review: Good Product - But Shipping Charge Stretches Belief
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

I bought the "heavy" version of this product mainly to help rehab my shoulder after arthroscopic surgery. It's a great product as far as it goes; but if you have any muscularity, you definitely want to go with the extra heavy. There are no "instructions" with the product, so an inventive imagination is a must on ways to use it other than bicep curls and upright rows.

The biggest drawback is the shipping charge. At only cents less than the product itself, I thought it was a bit sporty. I guess when you factor in gas, time, sales tax and inconvenience, it's worth it.

Customer Review: Total junk.
Sport shop rating: 1 Stars

Their "Extra Heavy" band is not very heavy to begin with, maybe 30 pounds of resistance. The handles are poorly made. I bought both the Blue and Black, and there's hardly any difference.

Now, the kicker: On my SECOND time using the black band the thing broke in half. Whacked me right across the knuckles. Hurt! I am by no means a big guy. Trying to contact their "customer service" has been fruitless. I don't want to pay $6 in shipping to replace a $8 band...

I have used plenty of these bands from other companies, and these are by far the worst I've ever encountered. Don't bother with these poorly made pieces of junk.
