I bought this because my rotator cuff started acting up. This tube was the right resistance and I like that I could take it anywhere with me and its not a big deal. The one thing I would change is make it better for putting on doorknobs because that is really handy, it mostly works fine but sometimes pops off. There is a great variety of working out that you can do with this, not just for arms but also for legs etc.
