Billy Blanks' Boot Camp is a challenge. It is filled with low-impact exercises at a pace that pushes me to do my best. I haven't advanced beyond the first DVD - I'm a bit out-of-shape so it will take me several weeks to move to the more advanced DVDs. The bands are a terrific addition and I'm working-up to use them for the full workout.Customer Review: GREAT WORKOUT!

this is the 2nd time i purchase this particular workout set...my other set was left behind in storage so i purchased again because it really works! it will get your heart going & its fun. you will see results in a week if you do it like you're suppose to. i recommend it to everyone!Customer Review: good daily workout
