The Billy Blanks Bootcamp set is one of the best and most challenging workouts he has put out to date. It is a great option for time-crunched people because you will get your cardio and strength training workout all within 1 hour! I lost 85 pounds by working out with Billy. I was lucky enough to be part of an infomercial promoting this product (if you enlarge the picture of the box that's me on the back of it). Billy, you ROCK! Thanks for all that you do for us! This BILLY Blanks set is amazing. Did I say it was amazing? After giving birth in Feburary 13,2006, I am in great shape. I am actually developing a six pack! I am advanced and this workout is challenging. Don't be deceived this is not for the faint of heart. If you are one that whines this not your dvd. Billy Blanks has really taken taebo to the next level. I must warn you to count yourself Billy sometimes is off, however this dvd is like Isaid amazing.Customer Review: Awsome workout

I exercise with Billy every week. But these bootcamp tapes produced visible results in my arms after only a few months. Nice toning without bulking up. My other upper body instruction tape (with a different instructor)hasn't shown this much improvement after years of steady work. As usual I'm very impressed with anything I own by Billy Blanks but this series of tapes is better than the rest.Customer Review: LOVE IT

I used this product back in 2006 when it first came out and got into the best shape of my life in just a couple of months! However, I lost my set and now I have some baby weight to lose and HAD to get it again! Although it can be challenging, I highly recommend it to anyone that is serious about losing weight and getting in shape!Customer Review: Great Workout

This is a great value for the money. You get so much for what you pay. It is a little more advanced than what my husband and I were prepared for. We couldn't even make through the basic training video for a while. It definately works though, we could feel the muscles burning. Long enough use has to bring results.
