The Billy Blanks customer service is horrible. Please make sure you thoroughly read everything before saying yes on Billy Blanks website. They overcharged my credit card and put me through hell before taking the dbds back a month later, then 2 months later, credited my account, minus shippping. Their customer service is NO GOOD. PHONE OR MAIL calls are worthless. I suggest anything you want to buy from thier site, its better to buy from another place like AMAXON. its worth the price.
