I loved this workout (just got it today, have only done disc one so far)...my arms hurt so much after that I could hardly lift them (but in a good way)! Billy is SO motivational...just when you think you can't bear another kick/jab...he's there to push you through it! I felt like he was right here in my living room! Have not gotten to use this product a lot so far but the little that I have I know the whole set is going to be super energizing for me. I especially like that you are encouraged to work at your own pace. This is a very good product. The DVS's cover evrything for a complete workout. Each DVD cavers a specic topice. The added manual with dietary tips was an added plus. I am new to exercising and found it hard to keep up. But even if you do it at your won pace, youw iwll still see a difference.Customer Review: It works!!!

This product is definitely working for me. Although at first the exercises were difficult to follow, mainly because I was very unfit, after a week I was able to see results already. The "amplifier" is a great tool, which truly gives you a successful workout!
