I found it to be very secure and have minimal movement due to vibration, certainly less than the mirrors that strap to the handlebars. The way mine is adjusted all I have to do to look behind me is turn my head slightly to the left and glance at the mirror. I have had over 10 different mirrors in the past 20 years of cycling and this one is the best mirror hands down, if you prefer a mirror that is attached to your glasses. It has no mirror shake... I've had 3 others that did, plus I love the lifetime warranty. The original style works the best for me, because my eyes are not 20-20. Just got this, my third mirror in a 5 years. The plastic ball and sockets wore out on the others. This looks better designed than those, but time will tell. I had no problem attaching this to the visor on my Bell citi helmet- attached in a minute (you can bend the metal frame to optimize the view) and I've been happily riding with it for 2 weeks now with no problem.Customer Review: Works well

Got tired of the mirrors on the handlebars bouncing around and getting out of alignment.
Mounted this one to the helmet, i.e. visor. Can bounce a little, but, always stays in alignment.
Yes, you are half way to geekdom with it, but, it works. If you have it mounted on the left, try closing the right eye before looking at it. Helps to get used to it.

I really enjoy having this mirror on my bicycle helmet. The amount of area you can see behind you with this mirror is phenominal. The only problem I had was that it fell off once and I though I lost it. Now I make sure it is secure both before and after my ride and I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend this mirror to any cyclist.
