I was kind of skeptical of the Bell Fitness Plus belt because the price was so low, but I must say that it really works great. I try to wear it just about every time I work out and when I take it off I literally have to wipe it down and then let it air dry because it causes me to sweat a whole lot in the waist area. It provides good support when I am doing weight training and helps support my back when walking on the treadmill. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a low cost alternative to some of the pricier belts.
