I purchased two of these (one for myself and one for a Christmas gift). The pattern I picked out for myself came with a really plain/drab zippered cover. The one I picked out for my friend came with a really pretty zippered cover. I've had this eye pillow since last April and it still smells great, even though it lives trapped in the pocket of my yoga mat bag most of the time. Well worth the price.
