Sports reviews of BandIT Therapeutic Forearm BandCustomer Review: Best Ever! I even wear it to bed! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I basically blew out my right elbow swinging a hammer for 6 weeks this past summer. I have not been able to get any relief from the constant pain of what was diagnosed as "tennis elbow". I have ran the course of several different types of NSAID's, physical therapy and cortisone shots, to no avail. I have also purchased several other types of elbow supports to relieve the pain, but again no avail. All they did was cut off my circulation, and cause swelling and knubness in my hand. A co worker told me about her device called "BandIt" I tried it on and wow what a great feeling. No circulation issues at all. It does not move from where it is placed! I use a peice of an old sock as a sleeve to assist with sweat under the band and irritation from the velcro at the inside bend of my elbow. I have wore it to bed and did not have any pain trying to move around in bed. I get up with out any pain. No more NSAID's for me...I LOVE this BandIt.
Customer Review: best for tennis elbow Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
just wanted to add my voice to the chorus here. I bought the bandit along with an ace elastic bandage (which was also advertized for tennis elbow). The bandit wins hands down. Far more effective, effective almost immediately. I was realy astonished, within a few minutes of having it on I was able to use my arm normally, with very little or no pain. Especially compared to the normal ace elastic, it was so much more effective. The plastic parts put the pressure on the right area and the non-plastic parts allow your forearm to breathe and also it doesnt cut off circulation all around the forearm since the plastic only presses down on certain areas.
I recommend using the bandit along with "icy hot" or similar ointments and along with a couple of aspirin to loosen the muscles up.
A few days on such a regimen and you elbow will begin to heal a bit.
As far as tennis elbow braces go though, the bandit is the clear winner.
Customer Review: BandIT Dramatically Improved Quality of Life! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
My husband is a sawfiler and has to manhandle 3+ foot diameter saws a minimum of 120 times a day. The steroid shots were no longer an option, the air-cast bands were no longer effective in addressing the tendonitis and he was no longer able to feel the tips of his fingers. He now works with the Bandits all day (and for the first two weeks slept with them until the majority of sensation had returned) and he now has a firm handshake even after working all day! Remarkable!
The key difference between the BandIT and the other bands is the second (or inside) disk that puts equal pressure on the arm and more thoroughly addresses the area as a whole rather than just a "spot" therapy. We thought he would have to change professions! If we'd have known about this product 10 years ago- we'd never have invested hundreds in the air-pillows.
Thanks BandIt!

I purchased this brace based on all the good reviews. and I gotta say, I really like it. very easy to tighten or loosen. seems very durable. and fits my arm well. I am a guy with average size forearms. (12 in.) this brace is padded for comfort and is very light so you can wear this while playing tennis or whatever. I wear it whenever I play. I do some forearm stretches also. and of course when you are injured, you should use your common sense when considering how much stress your elbow can take. its a brace, not a miracle cure all.
also, if you tennis elbow is chronic , its probably a good idea to think about ditching the polyester string and stiff racket for something softer. (try wilson nxt 16 string, it is expensive but great for the elbow) best of luck!
Customer Review: It works! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
After decades of weightlifting without injuries, close to my 57th birthday I damaged my elbow and experienced a condition similar to the symptoms of tennis elbow. After one month the debilitating pain did not go away, but it actually got worse (even after practically stopping the use of my arm). I searched the Internet and read the positive reviews on this simple device named "Band it". Once I started to use this device I could feel a decrease in pain immediately, and after two weeks the pain had practically dissapeared and I have stopped using it. I am weightlifting again. One has to adjust the position of this device by trial and error to optimize its location (the instructions are not detailed enough), but it certainly worked for me and I am very happy I ordered it from Amazon.
