My whole family uses this. My five year old can't get enough of this. It's fun and you can get a good workout by adding hand weights and speeding up the pace. I thoroughly enjoy my twist board. I remembered using one a number of years ago and my kids took it to play on. This is very well constructed, with simple instructional exercises. Just a few minutes a day helps. Plus, it doesn't take up any room.Customer Review: Easy to use.

I like the Bally Twist Board very much. I can use it while waiting for my dinner to cook or while watching tv. Can carry it anywhere. I don't have much times to exercise so this is a way of getting in a little exercise. Glad I bought it.Customer Review: bally twist board

This board is great! I use it at home and at work. It was easier balancing on the board with three pound weights in my hands. After a few weeks I have noticed my pants are looser around the waistline. Would recommend this product.Customer Review: Easy and Fun

The twist board is great fun and a good work out. Very easy to use. Wear a size 10.5 shoe and very comfortable on board, def. large enough. Glad I bought it and wasn't scared off thinking it would be too small, its perfect!
