What a great workout for such a small price! My daughter gave me a Bally Twist Board about 5 years ago. I ignored it for more than 3 years. I finally dusted it off and decided to put it to use and vowed to continue using it until I saw results. I started out doing 500 twists each day for 2 weeks; 1000 twists after that for about a month and then no less than 2,000 but sometimes 3,000 to 5,000 twisting at intervals throughout the day. My stamina increased, My stomach began to get smaller and then the weight started to drop. I purchased my 2 new twist boards to give one to my daughter and to keep heroff of mine. I am delighted with this product and I recommend it to everyone. It is so easy to use that it is hard to believe that it really works. Believe me it does. This is a lot of fun. It's not a full workout on it's own but it only takes a few minutes - and is so much fun - that we find ourselves stepping on it and twisting away frequently...as long as we leave it in sight.
If you can see it, it will call to you so we leave it in the living room. If I put it away for company, I forget about it until I think about it and return it to our main living area.
I recommend it. Some reviewers mentioned that it is too small for their feet. I have 8.5 American sizing and it's a tight fit but works fine for me. I can see where larger sizes, especially men, might find it more difficult.

I am really enjoying this product. Fun!! I remember using something like this when I was a kid that belonged to my mother. It was so much fun, I bought my 6-year-old daughter one for Christmas too. Definitely worth the price. Some reviewers complained about different things, but for the price..... Part of the workout is trying to keep yourself facing one direction to work your body equally. If you're ending up facing a different direction, you're working one side of your body harder than the other.Customer Review: small exercise equipment

I was very surprised and happy that my product arrived as quickly as it did. The twist board was affordable and a perfect update to the antique twist disk I was using. I don't have room for large exercise equipment and my disk is just the perfect thing. I can take it with me anywhere I travel and at home it can fit anywhere, even in a drawer.

I really love this board- It's fun, easy to use, cheap, and a great product if you do not have the space or money for a large exercise machine. However, I would only recommend this product for someone with average or below average size feet. I'm a women's size 8, and I have just enough room to put my feet on it with shoes on.
