So, I had an Amazon gift certificate and could either spend a small fortune in shipping, or for about half the cost of that, add this item. I added it thinking the kids would like it and thinking I was a smart shopper. It felt gimmicky to me. But, wow, this little thing actually works quite well. I've never been so happy to be wrong. In fact, it was the best piece of equipment I bought in that lot.
I use my stepper for about 30 minutes every other day. I use this little twister for about 10-15 minutes every day, or whenever I see it lying there and know I'm being lazy. I love this little thingy. You can move it easily from room to room, and it really does work, much to my amazement. In the last month I'm slimmer in my hips, rear and thighs. You do have to squat to get maximum benefit. I don't do fast movement, but do slow movements and hold to make the abs work in each direction.
All in all, I don't think it would be the only equipment I would use in my routine, but I think it's a great addition to a regular routine. Especially if you're stuck at home. A surprisingly great product.
