I use this thigh toner everyday; 200 squeezes a day, 6 days a week, making it a total of about 1,200 squeezes a week. This isn't a lie. I am about to become a Physical Education Teacher next year after I graduate from college and my goal is set a perfect example of staying fit and eating at all times for children who are being mislead with high sugar drinks and eating tons of junk food everyday. I always take a break after doing 50 squeezes for about 2 minutes and I go back on the toner again and do another 50. Easy as pie.
