I just wear it for the work out but will also try it during the day or possibly while asleep. In any event it fits OK although for myslef I use the last zipper and I am not huge (pants size 40) so if your belly is bigger you should try another product. ...but overall satisfied. Does what it claims - sauna-like action definitely makes you sweat, and I do appear to have shed excess water and inches. I had no problem with the belt fitting. I did also receive one in tan, not blue, but that doesn't matter as it is under my clothing anyway.Customer Review: It really works!!

I thought that this is just another non working product, but I have to eat my words I have noticed a significant diffence in my abs. I'm by no means slim and in shape, however, I am noticing inches off my waist. It works I am going to order another one!!!Customer Review: Make you look slimmer

At the request of my wife I got her this. It does make you look thinner but be aware that it does not breath and make you sweat. In addtion, depending on how tight you make it helps to control you appetite as you can't eat a great deal while wearing it.Customer Review: a great buy

I wear this belt all the time and it does without a doubt work, I even sleep in it. I have had it now about a month and I have lost 3 inches off my waist and I am almost rid of the ugly back fat. I have also have moved the zipper in so it works.
