I should have bought this sooner!! I LOVE it! I have lots of workout equipment at home and this Pilates Twist Board with Resistance Tubing is perfect for a quick workout when I don't have time to get on my other equipment or go to the gym. It's very light weight, holds up well and so easy to pack and take along for travels. I can't say enough about this product as I've only been using it for a little over one week and already noticing changes in my body. I can workout with it indoor or outdoors and I feel great after workingout on this twist board. It's like getting a ton of different range of motions with or without the resistance tubing. Easy to do exercises and I've even made up my own using free weights and the twist board...and I feel it. Makes a great gift! Even my 6 yr old daught loves to workout on it. :)
