Ten minutes on this thing will take all the kinks out of your back for sure. It has 3 different degrees of arch so you can adjust it as you gradually straighten back out. I find it's more comfortable to lay a folded towel over it before you lay down on it. It's also small enough to put anywhere when not in use. It's a very inexpensive solution to a common problem. I only received my back magic a little under a week ago. After a few years of back pain and very limited range of motion in back bends, I have noticed a huge difference in just a few days. Just a week ago I could not bend backwards further than 5 or 10 degrees... after a short amount of time, I can now back bend nearly 45 degrees. Finally, my back is feeling better. i am able to sit for longer periods on my work chair. i use this product daily and stretch my lower back for 10 to 15 minutes. its paying off. you have to be patient. could take couple of weeks before you begin to see noticeable pain relief. i am glad i bought this product.Customer Review: Packs a punch

I didnt think this would do anything when I took it out of the box and put it in position #1. Boy, was I wrong! Great stretch. Kind of painful untill my muscles relaxed. heaven. I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE I SIT AT A DESK 7 HRS A DAY. I GET OUT AND FEEL LIKE i CANNOT STRAIGHTEN UP. IT IS HEAVEN TO COME HOME AND STRETCH BACK ON THIS. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE UPRIGHT AGAIN WHEN YOU ARE DONE. DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY TO FEEL LIKE A HUMAN AGAIN NOT A BENT OVER KNUCKLE DRAGGER.
