i WAS SCHEDULED FOR FUSION AND LAMINECTOMY AT JOHNS HOPKINS - - AND REALLY UNEASY ABOUT IT. ALREADY HAD A BACK MAGIC WHICH I WAS USING FOR 5 MINS ONCE A DAY. IT EASED MY PAIN, BUT NOT ENOUGH. CAME BACK FROM HOSPITAL AND STARTED STRETCHING REGIMEN--AND BACK MAGIC WAS ONE OF THE COMPONENTS. FEEL PRETTY GOOD. GOT STRETCHING EXERCISES FROM SPINAL STENOSIS EXERCISE SITE, AND ADDED TWO 5-MINUTE SESSIONS W/ BACK MAGIC TO DAILY ROUTINE. IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING, AND I ATTRIBUTE MUCH OF THE SUCCESS TO BACK MAGIC. I was carrying around a lot of tension and pain in my back (especially lower back), I'm so glad I ran across this device, what a difference it has made.
I started just as recommended 5 minutes 2 times per day. I was extremely tight in my back and had to force myself to relax to let the device do it's magic, it had that feeling of it hurts so good as I was losing that tension and pain, now it's really easy I lay down, take a deep breath and let go.

Back Magic has been a great way complement my ongoing chiropractic adjustments. It's by no means a cure-all, yet it does help properly stretch my spine as nothing else I've found does. My specific ailment is a lack of curveture in my lumbar spine, as well as spinal stenosis in L4 and L5.
Back Magic's construction is hard plastic, which sounds cheap, yet I've found it to be very sturdy. The product has become such a part of my daily routine that I take it along whenever I'm out of town.

I have suffered with mild to severe back pain for three years, and was starting to rely on OTC pain relievers. I found Back Magic while checking out Back2Life. The reviews on Back2Life were mixed, so I was hesitant to spend the money.
I saw nothing but good reviews for this product, so I figured the worst that could happen would be I'd waste $30. BOY WAS I SURPRISED!
Since I started using Back Magic, I have no back pain at all!
All I can say is GET ONE, you won't be sorry!

Been going for massages every other week becuz of my lower back pain. The therapist suggested I start stretching my back so i read some reviews etc & decided to try this. It is so amazing, so ez.. use it when i get up & my pain is gone. went to a chiro @ 1st & only thing i liked was getting the adjustments. dont have time to sit on a balance ball forever etc. this little gadget & the shiatsu back massager does the trick.. no more back pain.
