I don't have enough curve in my lumbar area and am not very stable there. This product is a God-send. It is lightweight and very comfortable. It seems to help support my ribcage which eliminates my related sacral area pain. Anyway, I use it for travel - on 2-3 hours car trips and on the airplane. Sometimes I even sleep on it, although that is probably not recommended - sure feels good and has not caused problems. I also have the "Arched Back Lumbar Stretcher Extender" and the "Spine-Worx Back Realignment Device." I like them as well, but they are more aggressive and less comfortable - can't use them any time, like I can the "Back Magic." Highly recommended!Customer Review: Simply does what it's supposed to..

More reasonably priced than similar devices...this little thing does exactly what you expect. Don't pay attention to reviewers saying that it isn't sturdy enough...it is made of very heavy duty plastic and feels if it would last forever if not abused. Unless you are over 200lbs you probably won't even feel the arch bend at all when you lie on it.
Simply put...you position this device behind your back and lie down. you can immediately feel your back stretching...and while it may be uncomfortable at first...it will feel good with repeated use. I can't say if it will work for you or not...but this is just what the doctor ordered for me.

Fantastic product. My back was so tight that for the first couple of days using it my back would crack several times when I lay down on it and give me instant relief. After a few minutes your back will relax more and more. Only a few days later and my back wouldn't crack at all and I would barely feel the stretch because my back had loosened up so much already! I stopped using it for a few days and the problems came back.
I also bought the SpineWorx - Spineworx doesn't give you the instant relief or stretch that Back Magic does, but I believe spine worx works subtly to help alignment to prevent the problems occuring.

I would have to say I was at first a bit skeptical as to how well this would work, but upon receiving the product and trying it out, I have become a believer. I especially think it's an exceptional bargain when I paid a total of $27.95 for the whole thing since it qualified for free shipping! That's less than one chiropractor treatment and I won't even mention going to a joke of a conventional doctor to treat back pain (drugs that will eat your insides out and do zero for the cause of the pain). It may not work for everyone, but I'm sure happy!Customer Review: It helps

I bought this for my husband from a TV channel about three years ago and he has used it regularly. In fact, he carried it with him on a recent trip. We were about 100 miles away from the motel when he told me he had forgotten to repack it and it was left behind. I immediately bought him a new one at Amazon, and he is now using it all the time again. He did not wear out the first one, he just lost it. I have used it myself a few times, and it helps to stretch out the muscles and to relax the back. No effort involved. All you do is lie down.
