After several rounds of golf, I began having a nagging pain in my lower back. Heat, ice, vibrator massager and ibuprofen really didn't seem to help. Three trips to my chiropractor (and a few hundred dollars) brought some relief, but not completely, and his plan was for me to keep coming back. I ordered this device three weeks ago and have been using it twice daily and am MUCH, MUCH better, virtually pain free. Understand, this is NOT comfortable to lie on and will not give you the same relaxed feeling of a massage. And you need to be careful getting off it so as to not pull any muscles. But what I got from using it was a really good stretch of my lower back that over a few days time seemed to get everything worked out that was bothering me. I still use it every day. I played golf yesterday, felt a little tenderness, came in and stretched on it for five minutes and felt as good as new. I know a lot of items like this are total gimmicks, but for me this one really works.Customer Review: Very helpful at stretching the lower back

I purchased one of these 2 1/2 years ago when I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve at my S1 vertebrae. I use it everyday in the morning and sometimes also in the evening if I've had a day with a lot of sitting. You can most definitely feel the stretch. When I first started using it, I started at the lowest setting. It hurt at first because I was so incredibly locked up in my lower back. I stuck with it and kept using it everyday and eventually, I was able to work my way up to the last setting. I recently began decompression therapy at a chiropractor's office and must say that has helped me the most with my condition. Anyone with lower back problems not having surgery should really look into decompression therapy. The chiropractor recommended I continue using this device while undergoing the decompression therapy and afterwards, which I will do. I believe this device is very helpful and have recommended it to two of my relatives who have bulging disk problems.Customer Review: I like it!

I saw Back Magic advertised on a home shopping program, and the concept really caught my attention. The fact that my neck was in knots and had been for weeks only fueled my desperation for help. The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and I have been pleased with its results. I use the first level of elevation for now. I lie on it twice a day in five minute intervals. It is not comfortable at first, but it's not painful either. It's awkward. However, my body has adjusted over time. I have no clue as to why it has relieved my neck, but it has. Several days passed before I felt relief in my neck. I have shared it with friends of various shapes and sizes. The product is made of very sturdy material. It's one of those things that makes me say, "Why didn't I think of that?" The price is reasonable, and if you are at a point of giving up because of back pain, neck pain, or stress in general, you might as well give it a try. I have no regrets.Customer Review: Truly Magic

This product is a miracle. I wrenched my back doing a remodel on my condo. I could barely walk and dug out my back supporter girdle. Having had previous back surgery, sciatica, etc. I set out to find my cane which I hadn't used in years. The condo was in such disarray that I was not successful. Out of desperation I ordered the back magic from Ammazon. It was delivered in two days. The first time I laid on the back magic and once I finally relaxed my hips, instant relief. I heard and felt the lower vertebrae pop. It does take some time to learn to relax. I took it with me on a cross country flight. What a godsend. It folds flat and fits in the bottom of a carry-on bag. It normally only takes five minutes morning and night to keep the back healthy but I'm thinking of ordering another back magic for the office just in case I need an urgent treatment.Customer Review: Not a gimmick-it works!

I've had back problems for about 20 years, and treat it with a combination of stretches, exercises, occassional
visits to the chiropractor, and on rare occassions with flexeril, an excellent medicine for spasms.
This stretching device gives me several "pops" in my back almost everytime I use it. Sometimes the relaxation
is so good I almost fall asleep. While it hasn't cured my problems, it definitely helps and is well worth
the money. I am fine with the lowest setting-for me anything more feels like it might injure me. And it is
strong, unlike one reviewer's claims. I weigh 210 and it feels solid-so much so that I think it will be
difficult to adjust. It comes pre-assembled on the low setting so I haven't tried it.
I can see how it could cause injury, especially getting on and off. Be careful!
