I am a dental hygienist who has been having back problems for several years. I have seen physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. I have stretched and exercised and taken medications but the Back Magic has really helped me and it is so easy to do. It helps me to relax when I get home from work to lie back on this product, even though at times it hurts at first, and if I am relaxed I seem to have more energy. I can feel the stretch and then the movement of the muscles as they relax, the results, less pain for me! I am sleeping better and my massage therapist has noticed that I am not as tight and I have fewer trigger points. I highly recommend this product as an adjunct to medical care.
