I bought this specifically to give my children (age 4 and 2) something approved to jump on. I was sick and tired of chasing them off the beds and sofas. Now they jump A LOT on this trampoline. We haven't actually utitlized the handy space-saving feature of flat storage because the kids use it so much. It's not even winter (which is when I thought it would be most useful).
I do not buy a lot of playthings for my children - we live in a small house and I want them to be creative, but my husband and I are amazed at the worth of this investment! Totally worth it.
Now, I did not personally assemble this thing and I did hear my husband swear when he was doing it, but now it's done. And he did it by himself (not the 3 adults he says the directions recommended), so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

I use this minitrampoline for cardio exercise (jogging in place) when the outside temperature, or my knees, tell me not to run.
This is my second mini-trampoline. The first one used springs instead of the elastic bands. The spring design sucked. I trained for a marathon and put many hours on it. I decided it was unsafe to use after the 4th spring broke (from fatigue or friction - probably a combination of both). I bought replacement springs and discovered one needs a special tool or superhuman strength to put them on.
That's when I discovered the design was changed to incorporate bands, replacing the springs. Much better. I happily purchased the newly designed unit for which this review is written. I have put many many hours on this new "band" unit and so far no problems.

We ordered this so my son could use up some of his energy and to use when he feels "out of control" He has Sensory Processing disorder. It is perfect. Really. no springs to worry about. it set up in literally minutes. My husband did it by himself. He recommends that you ignore the directions and just use leverage to make it easy. He had one half on the ground with both connections lined up and just pushed down on the other side while standing on the section already one the ground- Done. Really. just add the bolts, protective cover and screw on the legs. My Son is 40lbs and he gets a great amount of bounce out of it. He had so much fun that the first thing he wanted to do this morning was jump on his trampoline.
It is sturdy, well made and a great price too!

My husband and I put this together easily. He's not a body builder nor does he have superpowers (neither do I, for the record) so I think it's quite achievable for 2 average people to put it together.
My son, who was 5 at the time of purchase and is now 6, has this in his room for bounce out extra energy. After going over initial safety rules with him, I've had no misgivings about letting him jump like a wild man on this trampoline - it's very sturdy and solid.
My husband and I have both bounced on it as well; it's entirely appropriate for adults looking to exercise, very stable.
Plus, the price was a bargain & shipping free with Amazon Prime. All in all, we're thrilled with this purchase.

This trampoline is well built and very solid. I really like that it has bands rather than springs as I bought it for my 7 1/2 year old and 3 year old. They were beyond thrilled with it and my son promptly exclaimed "Oh, we'll get a lot of use out of this!" and they have. Assembly wasn't bad at all. I managed to do it quite easily with my 7 year olds help. I kneeled on the trampoline and my son and I together were able to snap it in place. You just need to be careful that you don't pinch your fingers during installion but shouldn't be a problem if you're paying attention. Instructions are well written, very clear and very helpful pictures. My children have used it non-stop since it arrived and they love it.
