I am very disappointed with the BodyTrends Fitness Ball with DVD and air pump.

1) It did come with any written instructions!
2) The DVD is a dub from an old video tape. The inflation instructions were cut from the DVD version.
3) The air pump is a very small hand pump that comes with two fittings. As far as I can tell, it can not pump the volume of air needed to inflate the ball to 65 cm. To inflate the ball, I had to use an electrical pump for my bike and that could not inject the necessary volume of air to bring the ball up to the correct pressure. Fortunately, I have a combination hand/foot pump use to inflate ocean-going inflatable dinghies. This pump did the trick. I think that the pump they include is a rip-off. You should test it!
4) The exercise video is only an introduction video. The exercises are for someone who is totally out of shape. I use part of these exercises for warm-up. I use the fitness ball as part of a Men's 15 Minute Intense Exercise routine.
5) I have bought many items on Amazon and have always been satisfied. I feel that the pump and video are a cheap rip-off. Please investigate this company.
