i just wanted to say that its my second day using it and at first when you start you really dont feel anything but by the next morning it hurts the same as if you had done 400 sit up but i had to have it on the hardest tension to have a burn but i will come back and give my results after a week of using this product at three sets of five mins each trough out the dayCustomer Review: Great workout...

I feel the remarks about the spring are true however my belief is that the springs only give enough tension to bring itself up and give you some back stain relief. I have chronic back pains and I need to have my abdominal wall muscles to be strong to support my back... This trainer did the trick.. I started using this three weeks ago. I started losing weight immediately by using this product. Follow the instructions and guide and lose weight. I cannot believe it. I never believed any of those things on TV. No I am a true believer. This was a gift from my wife. She wanted me to lose weight and now I am doing it, with great abs too.Customer Review: Great!

I don't know what some of the other people are complaining about... it works great for me. I could see a slight problem if you're really tall, but other than that, it helps a lot! Note to users: Don't go ALL the way down, just go about 3/4 of the way if you can. 1/2 way down is okay too. I bought the ab rocket trainer to get ride of my stomach. Guess what?
It was hard to get used to it at first but
by only using it only 15 minutes a day not only I lost some weight around my stomach but I lost some weight around my waist as well.
This is an awsome product that REALLY REALLY WORKS!!!!!
