This is a great tool for make your abs work!
Remember, it's not a massage, or it doesn't add resistance to your work out. It just forces you to assume the right position and supports your back and neck when you work your abs out. It's very light, and easy to move around. Want a flat stomach? EAT LESS, and use your abs rocket consistently, as a support to your regular gym workout. The Abs rocket only works your abs (no arms, no legs, and no cardio), so you will still need that workout, but this is a great way to improve your core.

THE FIRST TIME I SAW THE INFOMERCIAL ON THIS AB ROCKET PRODUCT I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I'VE ALWAYS TRIED TO DO SIT UPS BUT I AM JUST SO LAZY SO BY BUYING TH AB ROCKET AND PLACING IT RIGHT BY MY BED I CAN NOW DO SIT UPS RIGHT BEFORE I GO TO BED AND RIGHT WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNING. I HAVE BEEN USING THE AB ROCKET FOR TWO WEEKS NOW AND I REALLY FEEL IT IN MY LOWER ABS. I ALSO PURCHASED THE AB ROCKET FLEXMASTER THAT THEY HAD AVAILABLE WHEN I CALLED IN AND I LOVE THAT TOO. Truth be told, I bought this for me. I had twins several years ago, and never got back into "Jazzercise" shape, so I thought this would help.
Next thing I knew, the boys were working out while watching their latest cartoon show! They actually use it on a daily basis. Who would've guessed? I may order an extra, just so I don't have to re-adjust the spring level (not all that hard to do) each time they use it after me.
Overall, as long as you use it regularly, it is well worth the money.

I must say that the ab rocket is so much better than the ab lounge i just love it i had back surgery 18 months ago and couldnt find anything that i could use to stregthen my back untell i say the tv commercial on the ab rocket its the only thing that doest strain my back because of the springs it helps me come back up. im not one to comment on things but i thought people with a bad back should know it might help them to thanks alot ab rocket Sincerley gladys kincheloeCustomer Review: love my abrocker

The abrocker is fantastic. It's eay to use, compact and can easlily be done while watching television once you know your routine. The DVD thst comes with it has some unexpected added bonuses. Aside from beginner, itermediate and advanced classes for the abrocker, there is an excellent cardio class. It's a dance arobics workout that is easy, fun and a great workout. I am thrilled with my purchase!
