The ab rocket is very good to me. I never can do sit-ups, not even one sit-up. With the help of the ab rocket, I can do five of them. After one week of using it, I can do 20 of them now. I like this a lot. I have back pain after sitting for about 1/2 an hour. Now, after using the ab rocket, I can sit longer without the back pain. One thing I don't like about this is the "tension" which give the most support for beginners is very hard to put on. I hurt my fingers. I tried all three tension to see which one fits me. Finally, I choose the beginner's, but I have no lucks of putting it on, because it is very hard to put it on. So, I give up. I use the intermediate, which is easier to put on. But, the intermediate tension is harder to do sit-ups for me. I still work on it, since I can't put the beginner's tension on. Now, I can do 20 sit-ups with the intermediate tension. My husband and I purchased the Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer
a month ago.
We work out at least five days a week for just a few minutes.
It has really made a difference in both our abdomains and even
our stomach. We are looking better in our clothes and our family
and friends have noticed how much better we look.
My older sister's husband is going to his High School reunion this
summer and he also bought one before we did and thats what encouraged
us to purchase our Ab Rocket. He looks so good and has alot more con-
fidence in himself.
I would strongly advise anyone who is interested in shaping up, to
buy the Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer. If want to look better and are
willing to do it, it really works!

The Ab Rocket works great for me. I have had the Ab Rocket for four months now. Without it I would not be as fit as I am today. It is difficult for me to find time to exercise so having the Ab Rocket made working out more convenient. I had absolutely no problem keeping my head against the head rest and have never felt any pain from it. I add 2 pound weights to my workout. I do 5-10 reps of 10 while lifting the 2 lb weights every other night. I went from really flabby to wearing a bikini within four months. With any type of exercise you have to make a commitment including changing your eating habits for it to work. I have found that the Ab Rocket instensifies my workouts so that I can save time and energy. I definitely recommend this product!Customer Review: Never did a sit up till now!

First of all don't believe what you see in the commercial! It is not easy! Take your time and you will be able to keep up a little more each week with the DVD training session. One thing is for sure. After the very first workout with this gem you will quickly realize that you NEVER until now actually did a REAL Sit-up. I have worked out on and off for years at a time throughout my 49 years. At this age I figured I better chase off the drive through life style and get in shape for good. All those times of staying in shape and NEVER did I see this kind of definition in my abs. It was so easy to put together! I assembled it all by myself using the including tool. The DVD has three ab workouts (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and also a pilates ab workout and a cardio workout. I felt the burn in my abs the next day after my first use. There is also a recipe book included. I haven'y used it though.
This is a great machine becasue you really focus on your abs. You aren't concerned about holding your head up the way you do with unassisted sit-ups. We registered for this as a wedding gift and I was so excited when we opened it! It is a little expensive but worth it! If you can afford it - buy it!
