This is really disappointing. The last counter had lasted over 7 years before it finally broke. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky this time. I bought two, one has a spare. The first fell apart as soon as I opened the package and the second stopped working a month after I bought it....
I think i'll try a different brand and hopefully will have better luck.
