I love this little pedometer. It was easy to program. I am trying to walk 10,000 steps a day and this pedometer keeps track of all the steps. I like that it shows the steps and the equivilent distance and the calories burned. It clips on to my pant waistband and also has a clip that I attach to my pocket, in the event the pedometer slips off my waistband, the pedometer does not fall on the ground because I have it clipped to the pocket. Very nice feature. I think it was well worth the money and I have lost weight with all my walking.

I HAVE NOW A ACCURATE REALITY OF HOW MUCH I REALLY EXCERCISE...I HAVE HAD THIS FOR 2 MONTHS..AND I FIRST NOTICED THAT I NEEDED TO STEP IT UP...AND NOW I GO UP TO 15 THOUSAND STEPS AND CAN STILL CONTINUE..AND CONTINUE..SOMETIMES I CAN DO AS MUCH AS 17 THOUSAND STEPS..IN NO TIME AT ALL, IT IS EXTREMELY ACCURATE AND EASY TO PROGRAM AND STAYS ON PERFECT AS I WALK ..BUT THE GREATEST THING SINCE THIS ITEM ENTERED MY LIFE IS THAT I HAVE LOST 15 POUNDS...AND FEEL MARVELOUS !! I walk a lot on my job. Curious to find just how much, I wore my pedometer which I had previously used to track fitness walking. I logged almost 8 miles at work. Now I wear it every day and know which days I can 'safely' sneak in a sweet treat. The pedometer has worked flawlessly. It is accurate, I tested it on a measured mile. It is light and durable. This pedometer has exceeded my expectations and it is definitely a wonderful value for the price. Settings are easy to use, keeping track of progress is no longer a burden with the goal settings and the pedometer is wildly accurate even without calibration for different heights and stride lengths. I would recommend this pedometer to anyone looking for an easy way to track your physical movement and calorie output but isn't very "gadgetally inclined". This pedometer is great because it has a leash on it to prevent it from getting lost. There are several times when it has fallen off my waistband and would have probably gotten lost (like the first one I bought) but for the leash. It also has a cover on it which is good because it prevents me from resetting it on accident. I have been very satisfied with it.
