This is the best way to count your 10,000 steps per day. It is very simple. Just press the yellow button, place it on your belt, pocket, or waistband and off you go. This pedometer has a high rating for accuracy as well. Give it a try for a healthier life style. I have lots of pedometers that measure calories, laps, etc. but this is so simple, even I can use it. This is the first pedometer I have even owned. I wanted something simple. I just wanted a pedometer that counted steps. This is perfect for me. It is light, durable, easy to read, fits nicely on the waist of my pants (shorts, etc.) and is slim and not bulky underneath my clothing. I love the accusplit pedometer. I have been tracking my steps for many years. The Accusplit is accurate, easy to read and durable. I don't like the leash that comes with it. It is uncomfortable so I just remove it. I have recommended this product to many people. They usually buy a cheap pedometer and then are unhappy. You can't beat this product. I've been using this pedometer for at least 6 years! I like it, simple, quiet, and small. I wear it all day, everyday, from the moment I get up until I go to bed. Nothing like the truth about your activity to keep you in line!!
I admin to losing several of them over the years but I keep replacing it with this one. In fact, I always keep one in reserve! LOL

This pedometer is just what my wife and I were looking for in our walking program. We had both lost numerous other brands until we got the AE120XL. They are of simple design and sturdy, and come with a flip cover and clip and or teather. We wear ours on the golf course, doing yard work and all day at work and as part of our walking program. Simple and does the job.
