This is my first full wetsuit and I was skeptical that you could really get one that allowed you to swim with your natural stroke. But I had to try it becuase the water is sub-60 for early season open water triathlons here. This one is well designed with thinner, flexible arm panels that allowed me to swim perfectly normal the first time I tried it. It seems to have all the same features as the $300-plus suits.
Sizing? I'm 5'11" 170 lbs with longish arms for my height. To me it fits perfectly; like the proverbial glove. I almost went for the medium but glad I didn't.
Of course I can't speak for its durability but I will probably wear it less than 10 times a year.
