I purchased this in May and upon the second use, it would not turn on. Thinking it might just be the inexpensive batteries, I figured I would repace and it would be fine.
The spring that holds the connection on one battery had broken off and once I moved the battery that was in the scale, it was all over.
I tried to contact Amazon customer service, but had a very difficult time communicating with the foreign broken English.
Giving up, I contacting the manufacturer and it proved to be better and it is under warrenty. But you have to include a check for $7.00 to have it returned, plus the postage going out.
It's better to just toss and never buy from this manufacturer again.

This is a very nice looking product. Unfortunately it has a major design flaw. Once strapped onto the handle of a suitcase, it is 14 inches long. So in order to pick up the suitcase to weigh it you have to place the suitcase about a foot below you. Unfortunately I do not have a staircase in my house, or any other platform that is the right height to be able to use this weighing scale, so I cant use it. If I were 7 feet tall, this product would have been perfect, but I am only 6 feet tall. I wonder what shorter people will do with this product.Customer Review: To get the weight of a luggace is extremely difficult.

The scale does not work at all.
1-) Resets improperly, you have to do it several times.
2-) When you get the reset, the bipppp that sounds telling you that the measure is ok, works 1 time of 5.
3-) You get tire waiting, hanging the luggage.
4-) Definitively I DO NOT RECOMEND THE PRODUCT.
5-) The seller is excelent, congratulations but the product is a calamity.
