Great program. Gets you up and moving quickly but sometimes a little too fast! He doesn't take the time to explain or properly show or demonstrate the moves before doing them so the first few times of watching and working out to the videos were a bit difficult but it gets easier and you can catch on in a fairly quick manner. I do suggest only viewing the program first before popping the disc in and getting started right away.

I purchased the product that came with DVDs only, because I have my own bands. The product is great, because 10mins is enough for me. I'm a very busy person, so it's ideal for a person who wants to workout and feel like they did something. Whenever I'm done with a workout, I am still impressed with it being only 10mins. One thing I wish I had was the On-the-Go Workout Cards, but other than that this is a great product.

The 10 minute trainer does work, but the calendar really schedules you to do 2-3 of each of the 10 min. sessions to be most effective. You will get some results if you do only one, but with 20 minutes you'll feel a more effective workout. It goes fast, but the challenge for new exercisers is to work up to the pace, don't worry about meeting it at the get go. I like the product.

This is a good series and not for the feint of heart. If you expect to get in shape in faster-than-average time, then expect to do a tougher than average workout. They're only 10 minutes each, but you'll be sweating and breathing hard after each.

I like the product. It defiantly works in 10 minutes. It's great when I truly don"t have time to exercise and they really make you sweat and your heart work in a short amount of time.
